Product Overview

 

The vehicle-mounted mobile substation consists of five main modules: the Hybrid Gas-Insulated Switchgear (HGIS) module, the main transformer module, the integrated automation module for switchgear cabinets, the medium-voltage distribution room module, and the equipment transportation module. Each module adopts an all-in-one prefabricated structure, enabling factory-based modular production of various functional units. During the prefabrication process, internal connections and debugging within each module are completed simultaneously. The overall structural design of the vehicle-mounted mobile substation is compact and highly mobile, allowing it to be put into operation within a short time. It boasts high power supply reliability, flexible operation, and simple, convenient assembly. Moreover, individual components can operate independently and be transported separately. The semi-trailer remains in a mobile standby state under normal circumstances; upon receiving a departure order, it can immediately set out and reach its designated destination within just a few hours, ready to connect to the power grid. This makes it particularly well-suited to meet power supply demands in scenarios such as technical upgrades of substations, equipment maintenance, temporary power supply at construction sites, emergency repairs following accidents, and situations arising from natural disasters.
