Product Overview
The LJ-XGN-12 solid-insulated AC metal-clad switchgear is a fully insulated, fully sealed, compact switchgear. All live parts and switching elements are completely enclosed within an epoxy resin housing molded by APG injection molding. Functional units are interconnected via fully insulated solid busbars. As a result, the entire switchgear is unaffected by external environmental conditions, ensuring reliable equipment operation and the safety of operating personnel.
This equipment is suitable for 12kV, 50Hz three-phase AC distribution systems and can be used in ring network power supply or terminal applications. It is particularly well-suited for locations with limited space, harsh environmental conditions, and requirements for maintenance-free operation—such as subway stations, chemical plants, oil refineries, underground electrical rooms in high-rise buildings, and other similar facilities. It can also be employed in prefabricated substations and outdoor switchgear cabinets. The equipment can be configured with protective devices, communication modules, and backup power supplies to achieve automated power distribution. Since it does not contain sulfur hexafluoride, there is no need to worry about gas leakage issues.
